911FixAuto operates a vehicle parts finder that matches products to a vehicle you select and links out to third-party retailers. You can reach us at support@911fixauto.com.

• Vehicle selections and searches. The vehicle type, year, make, model and trim you choose, and the results page you view.
• Interaction events. Which product cards and outbound retailer links are clicked, and which categories are filtered.
• Analytics data. Standard Google Analytics measurement such as page views, approximate location, device and referrer.
• Messages you send us. The email address and content of any message you choose to send.

The parts finder does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, address or payment details.

To return the correct parts for your vehicle, to understand which vehicles and categories need better catalog coverage, to detect broken or misrouted retailer links, and to keep the site secure and working.

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-BJ7G4X8TZ4). Analytics only loads after you accept the cookie banner. Details and opt-out steps are in our cookie policy.

• Google Analytics — traffic measurement.
• Our hosting and database provider — serving the site and storing search events.
• Retailers and affiliate networks (for example Amazon, CARiD, PartsGeek, RockAuto) — once you click an outbound link you are on their site and their privacy policy applies.

We do not sell your personal information.

Search and click events are stored in aggregate form for product and catalog improvement. Analytics retention follows Google Analytics settings. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

• Decline or clear analytics cookies at any time from the cookie banner or browser.
• Ask us what data is associated with you, or ask us to delete it, by email.
• Use browser "Do Not Track" or an ad blocker to limit measurement.

The parts finder is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
